 Mont des Cats (F)

The Mont de Cats Abbey produces 3 cheeses:

The "Grand Mont des Cats" (2 kg)
and the "Dessert des Trappistes" (500 gr) are pressed cheeses, uncooked, sweet flavor and with soft dough. The pulp is creamy.
The "Flamay" is a half-cooked cheese with orange color.

 The ripening time for each of these cheeses is about one month.
